Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.

    • Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Ineligible Items: Final sale items, intimate apparel, personalized items, clearance items and certain product categories (e.g., perishable goods) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refund and Exchange Policy:

    • We must receive the item unused and in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • Exemptions:

    • The following items will not be eligible for any refunds. Clearance and Customized items, if there are issues with customized items we will do our best to rectify the situation.

  • Refund Processing Timeline:

    • We aim to process all refunds within two weeks.
